Mechanical Heart

A detailed mechanical heart combining organic anatomy with intricate steampunk-inspired machinery.

The design merges the recognizable silhouette of a human heart with complex mechanical components such as gears, pipes, and structural elements. The internal mechanism was built with a dense arrangement of gears to create visual complexity while maintaining a cohesive overall form.

The model was created entirely in Blender, focusing on precise hard-surface modeling and clean mechanical construction. Particular attention was given to the interaction between organic shapes and rigid mechanical parts to achieve a balanced and believable design.

Texturing was completed in Substance 3D Painter, using layered metallic materials, subtle roughness variation, and surface wear to enhance the industrial look of the asset.
